Information we process, why we use it, and how long we keep it

You can use MANJEOBOM without creating an account or signing in. Your material selections, blend percentages, garment type, and blends saved in slots A, B, and C are processed only in your current browser session. They are not sent to or separately stored by the MANJEOBOM operator. When you choose Copy result, the result is copied to your device’s clipboard and is not sent to us.

If you email us, we process your email address, account display name, subject, message, attachments, and the inquiry and reply history. We use this information only to receive, review, and respond to your inquiry and to maintain the related record. We delete it one year after the inquiry is closed, unless applicable law requires a different retention period.

Our hosting provider may automatically process your IP address, access time, requested URL, browser and device information, usage, error and security logs, and cookies or similar information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. This information may be retained under the provider’s terms and policies for the duration of the hosting agreement and afterward only as needed for deletion or legal obligations.

Sharing with third parties

MANJEOBOM does not sell personal information or share it with third parties for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or in response to a valid legal request, and only to the extent necessary.

OpenAI hosting and international processing

We use OpenAI OpCo, LLC (1455 3rd Street, San Francisco, California 94158, USA; privacy@openai.com) to host, maintain, support, secure, and troubleshoot this site through ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI may process IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, browser and device information, usage, error and security logs, and essential cookies or similar information when you access the site over a network.

The primary recipient country is the United States. Depending on the infrastructure used, subprocessors may also process information in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, or at the Cloudflare data center nearest the visitor. ChatGPT Sites does not currently provide fixed data residency. Information is transferred continuously over the network while the service is used and is retained for the term of the Sites service and afterward only as needed for deletion or applicable obligations. You can avoid this processing by not accessing the site, but the service will then be unavailable.

Gmail inquiries and international processing

We use Google LLC’s Gmail service (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA; Google privacy contact page) to deliver and store inquiry emails and to help prevent spam, malware, and security threats. Your sender address, account display name, subject, message, attachments, and delivery information are transferred over the network when you email us.

The primary recipient country is the United States. Google may also process information at its active data-center locations in Belgium, Chile, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. MANJEOBOM deletes inquiry emails one year after an inquiry is closed. Residual backups or legally required records may remain subject to Google’s policies. You can avoid this processing by not emailing us, but we will not be able to receive or answer an email inquiry.

Cookies, advertising, and analytics

The MANJEOBOM operator has not installed Google Analytics or another visitor-behavior analytics service and does not use personalized advertising or advertising-tracking cookies. ChatGPT Sites and its hosting providers may nevertheless process essential cookies, similar technologies, and access logs needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

Before adding analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy to explain the information involved, its purpose, retention, international processing, and available choices, and will seek consent where required.

Deletion and security

We delete personal information without undue delay when its retention period ends or it is no longer needed. Emails and electronic files are deleted from mailboxes and any operator-controlled copies in a manner intended to prevent ordinary recovery. Provider backups or legally required records may remain until the applicable provider or legal retention period ends.

We limit access to information, protect service accounts, use HTTPS in transit, and avoid operating a separate visitor-information database. Please do not send government identification numbers, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information connected to an email inquiry. Send your request to the address below. We may verify your identity before responding and will handle the request under applicable law. A legal representative or authorized agent may also make a request with appropriate proof of authority.
